Orders and Shipping
Delivery time may range from 4 to 12 calendar days, depending on the origin and location of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them. This calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days.
Please don’t worry about if people will know what you purchased. We take care of your privacy as 100% discreet. Each order will be shipped in plain packaging with no reference to anywhere or anything inside. No one knows what great babe you’ve bought.
Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care ([email protected]) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.

30-Day Return: We provide 30 days Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with our product and it is unopened, you can return the product to us and get a refund.
180-Day warranty: We also provide a 180-day warranty (180 days from the date of receipt), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship.
Please note: for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if products have been opened, worn, or used. To request a return, please kindly get in touch with our Customer Support team([email protected]) to agree the return and get instructions on how to proceed.
What if your incorrect order has been shipped already? Or what if there’s a mistake in the product shipped to you? There’re 2 ways to back your money:
1. Pls reject the package at the time of delivery and marking Return to Sender (RTS).
2. Pls contact us within 48 hours once you received the package, we are glad to guide you through the return process.
